"The key difference in our strategy versus the prior cycle is that in addition to full support on Sony and Microsoft platforms, we will agressively target the Nintendo platforms consistent with our multiplatform strategy and Nintendo's expected growth," said Griffiths. "In fiscal 2008, we'll double our offerings on the DS and the Wii, including Spiderman, Shrek, Transformers and Guitar Hero."
Griffiths has already tasted success with Nintendo's new console. Thanks to being "one of the first publishers to go deep on the Wii," Activision is the number two third-party publisher on the system, thanks in part to having three of the top 10 best-selling Wii games. "It paid off," said Griffiths.
On a Wii-related note, Activision also mentioned that they will be porting the Wii launch title, Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam, to the PlayStation 2.

Also, anyone who wants Guitar Hero to die hasn't played it. Go ahead and respond and say you've played it, I don't believe you.
