If we're talking about the wallpaper, I'm guessing it's a CastleVania(: Symphony Of The Night) handheld LCD game.

Boy, that POKEMANS thing wasn't up for long.  So much for being shown.

At least it's not an image of Link and the Ordon Village mayor slapping each other while topless.

Was that a line, perhaps of Alucard's, in the game?  Maybe that's it.
