Title: Wii: Noteworthy Notes
Post by: MLS_man_64 on December 08, 2006, 09:03:06 AM
Ok, got to thinking, tested one thing, stumbled upon another.

When putting PSO episode 1&2 or 3 into the Wii, it will ask you a few questions, even if you want to run in progressive scan, and then shut off.  This solves an age old question.  You cannot play the gamecubes few online games on the Wii.  Not even in single player.  No access to anything.

The other, is that I discovered that according to IGN, Far Cry: Vengeance has been pushed back on Wii till January 12th.

Look to the side on release dates.

Bummer, I wanted to get another fps for my Wii this month. Hopefully this will give them time to polish it a bit more.

And I have both of those games too... although I have been trying to sell PSO 3 since the week after I bought it at Best Buy for $20 (not my cup of tea at all) but alas EB won't even take it.

If it doesn't even work on the Wii, then thats an even larger strike against it in my book.
