Zelda is everything I could've hoped for it to be, and I love Wii Sports and Excite Truck, just flat out fun games to play. I am not nuts about Red Steel. I think the game needed a little bit more time in production. After doing aiming in the first person view with Zelda and then playing Red Steel, you can tell how poorly implemented pointer functionality was done. I'm praying for an update to the controls that actually makes them work properly.

Least: Super Monkey Ball (it has a few decent mini games but over all its poorly made, I have officially stopped buying All Sega games after playing this and Sonic for the Xbox360.)

Trauma Center is definitely my favorite launch title.
Monkey Ball is great once you master the controls. A good half hour and you should be good.
Red Steel - I know it's been getting a lot of flak, but I've found it to be rather enjoyable. I'm hoping whatever control issues I've experienced will be corrected now that I've repositioned the sensor bar.
Excite Truck - I wouldn't call it my least favorite, because I definitely like the game (yeah, I know I said I wouldn't buy it - but I did). It's definitely the most shallow of the 5 games I picked-up.

WiiSports rocks. ExciteTruck rocks. Ultimate Alliance? Eh I played it for an hour and it's ok. Not something I would recommend tho at this point.
I have Zelda:TP and I know that will quite good.

Yeah, I'm surprised no one is talking about Rayman, considering it was a hyped launch title.

Tony Hawk Downhill Jam is amazingly failing to impress me in most regards. Also, "head" races are not as cool as they were hyped up to be.

However, since we are all in the same boat.
My favorites would be:
Zelda, Wii Sports, Excite Truck and the Mii Channel.
My Least favorites would be:
Super Monkey Ball ( I own this, and had such high hopes. Some much potential wasted. Though I have found about 10 mini games worth playing...perhaps there are more. And I haven't touched the main game yet.)
Dragon Ball Z and for that matter all the crappy licensed ports that developers didn't spend any time on actually making a Wii game.

Yeah thats right Zelda is last, but only because I've officially banned myself from playing it until my school's quarter is finished (2 more freaking weeks!), I don't want to fail any classes because of it. Red Steel is last not because i don't enjoy it but because their are some issues I don't like, such as the voice acting and turning.
Rayman is pretty awesome, like all mini game collections there are throw aways and keepers. The ones I am in love with are the light gun games and the music/dance ones.
ExciteTruck reminds me of WaveRace for GCN, there wasn't a whole lot of meat on that game but what was there was very good. Actually the game makes me wish WaveRace for Wii would materialize soon.
I am so glad Nintendo packed in WiiSports, because if it didn't it would have been the worst oversight on my part ever.
