Electronic Arts has always been an innovator. In fact, they're also the kind of guys that tell you when your game is innovative (Gears of War has zero innovation, y'heard?). To prove that they are willing to push the limits of game design and bring new, fresh concepts to the industry, Vander Caballero announced in an interview that the next-gen, cooperative play focused Army of Two will feature in-game peeing.
Deciding that realistic graphics, audio, and solid gameplay would not be enough to create a truly immersive experience, Electronic Arts decided that if players want to drink in games, they are going to have to accept the consequences.
Caballero also alluded to the idea of controllable urination, rather than the act be appearing a small cutscene.
I think this begs the question what happens if one of the soldiers can't hold the urine in anymore and you don't prompt to let them urinate will the soliders in the game make an accident detailed in "next gen" graphical detail?

Awesome! I can only await the day when EA adds tax forms to the Sims and other innovative ideas to their games to better simulate exciting everyday life events and occurrences!

I'm sure peeing will become a microtransaction on the 360 version. EA is starting to piss me off.

Hopefully we'll be able to take a pre-game dump in Madden 2008, or face the consequences later on the field.

In manager mode, I trained all my players to eat a block of cheese before the big game. If they play well, we all have a celebratory Metamucil.

Final Fantasy 3 (SNES) had bathrooms that you could use. Don't think it served any gameplay purpose.
