My local Gamestop has the Wiis in the back already.

God damn that "don't sell before 11/19/06" sticker to HELL!!!!

Yeah, funny they have the damn things in boxes in the back and yet can't have one set up until the Nintendo rep comes in and does it for them...

These last 5 days are going to be hard for me, and knowing that they actually have the units at the stores now ><... Why must I care so much about Wii? lol I love it.

I was pissed to find out that the liquor store closed 20 minutes before I got there.

This week will pass a lot faster if I don't spend it sober.

I decided last night that I should get excited about Wii, but in all honesty I'm just not: Jonny's already playing Zelda and will probably beat it before I get to start, taking half the fun out of a new Zelda game. Plus there's tons and tons of work to do for the site and there'll be more next week. Sweet mother, I want a vacation, but on Thanksgiving break I have to start playing Wii and not stop until EVERY GAME IS COMPLETE.

The bad news is - Game Stop/EB Games only received enough Wii consoles to fill pre-orders. Anyone hoping to walk-in on Sunday morning and buy one from regular stock - you'd better look elsewhere.

I was told by my local store that this applies to then entire chain and that they expect non pre-ordered stock "within a few days" after launch.

Looks like you need the services of the ELITE STEREOTYPICAL PUERTORICAN!

Just say the word and I'll come up there, force the GS employees to give you your Wii and threaten them with a fork (don't mock it, it can KILL!).
