Title: Besides PGC and Nintendo.com what else is there?
Post by: segagamer12 on November 10, 2006, 04:13:34 PM
I mean as far as stricktly Nintendo sites go? Are there any really good ones, or if it be possible, better ones? Just curious as this has always been and likely will always be the Nintendo site I visit the most but I would liek to see others. Thanks in advance for any input.

We're all you need baby! Well, I'm all *I* need. Plus, I can't update more than one site at a time, so I am just simply NOT going to start another one.

ok well let me explain, First I LOVE this site it *IS* the best for Nintendo news and such.
What I am looking for is more sites to link to on my own website and to try and get ads on (Tried PGC WAY TOO EXPENSIVE) SO I thought I would ask around, but I now see the error in that because it owuld mean promotin yor competiton so I retract my request and will seek them out myself (although I aint been able to find any yet) ok well hope that helps.

If it's a secret maybe you shouldn't put your websites in your sig. Just a thought.

How can PGC be your favourite site when it no longer exists? It's dead, the only reason it is still up and running is because we are like vultures in that we are necrophagous.

I'm surprised to find it's expensive to advertise on PGC considering the ads that are here.

So was I. That is whyi only rana 1 week ad (the week of E3 which I thought maybe was why the rates were high but they didnt change after that)
All I will say is to run that ad cost for that week cost more than Google did for a month.

I find GoNintendo has every single piece of Nintendo news imaginable and usually almost as soon as it happens.

Nintendorks doesn't really keep up with the news very well but it can be pretty funny.
TheWiikly is great if you like to read a lot. It tends to be mostly long editorials, but they're all quite good, especially anything by Sean Malstrom.

I will check that out also chouchmonkey. What iw as looking for was a professional looking site with a decent ad layout and high traffic I can get my ad on before Wii launches. But I am also looking for other sites for Nintendo news too.

Rawmeat Cowboy looks freaky, but he seems nice enough from listening to his podcast. He's really hardcore about updating all the time too.
