edit: Okay, I've got it. Undercover: Operation Wintersun coming this september.

...unless you meant you wanted a WW2 non shooter on gamecube. I don't think I can help you there.

edit 2: In answer to what I think was your real question, Time Splitters 2 is pretty good.
