Legal Stuff (translated, with irrelevant sections ommited) Cats tanks are not eligible. Should a cat tank (or "cattank") post, and should one year pass with no one else posting after, the last eligible person to have posted will be declared the winner. This is because I hate cat tanks and don't have to give you anything if I don't want to, so there.
