Title: Zelda controls: can you move while aiming?
Post by: AnyoneEB on May 10, 2006, 11:42:15 AM
I have not seen many game impressions yet (it's early), but it sounds like the TP controls for the Wii would allow Link to walk/direct Epona while he is aiming his bow/hookshot/etc. Has anyone seen an impression that mentions this?

Well in some of the footage of the game (from e3 last year) they had Link riding and shooting at the same time.  Given how much hype horseback combat got I can't fathom them removing it.

Now as for on food combat, I have no clue.

IGN's impression of the game says you can move while the boomerang is moving, but didn't mention moving while aiming with the bow or grapple hook. I'd assume that if they left in moving while boomerang is in motion they'd also leave in moving while aiming.
