Title: Video Download
Post by: kirby_killer_dedede on March 15, 2006, 01:32:09 PM
Is there any way for me to save an unlinked video to my computer?  Specifically the "NBA TV Top 10" (for anyone who sees this after today, I'm looking for Tuesday, March 14's on NBA.com (in the scrolling menu on the right, NBA TV Broadband).  I want to get that monstrous #8 block by Erick Dampier (huge Mavs fan)...it's the bomb.  I just need a way to download that whole video, I'll do whatever slicing that needs to be done after I have it.  Thanks in advance.

Er...or not.  This downloads the media player as a web file, I'm looking to download just the video as a video file.

Then you'll have to dig a little deeper.  View the source code of the webpage and look for  *.asf, *.asx, *.wsx, or *.wmv URLs.

I didn't even need to do that with another, very easy-to use program I downloaded (demo), WM Recorder.  Google, you are a thing of Gods.
