File size is fine for broadbanders I'd say.
For something like this, I'd say stereo is unneccessary. Make it mono and you'll see a decent reduction in file size. Or even better:
If the option is there, turn off the music in the game, put up the SE. Mix the music you want in with the gameplay SE and set the encoding to 128kbps/mono. You'll have the same file size, better quality audio, and more interesting audio. I like the song, but ultimately, the music is kinda superfluous, and I felt like I was listening to iTunes while watching your match vid.

for a 320x240 video, you only need the vid encoding to be about 5-700k/sec or so. 1MB/sec is just wasted detail.

So in video 1 you were Lee, Gaara and Zabuza?
Great use of Ura Renge, you could tell you had your mate freaked out. Although it must be said your friend's use of Itachi's down X special almost won the match!
BTW is that win - loss at the bottom of the screen right, 39 - 18 and 6 in a row for your friend? Ouch!

Yeah, but Lee is the one that doesn't carry his weight on my team, though (that and I was having an off night, lol) - I've found some freaky good stuff with Gaara and Zabuza and I'm sure I'll start being the win leader as soon as I find a third guy as good as them. (I might steal my buddy's Kimimaro)
Also, I'm totally convinced Kimimaro has the best back+b in the game (and he can chain it into a super bleueigigh)
More vid notes: Basic stuff: Gaara, Zabuza, and lots of other guys (but especially G & Z) can guarantee landing supers as the opponent gets up ... Gaara has a ton of ways to knock them down, too Gaara's team jutsu is incredible fast, unlike his other jutsus, you can punish tons of stuff that the opponent will totally not expect. Itachi still vomits clones around like no other, but with running sidestep, there's one more tool to get around it Zabuza can chain off of holding forward+A and lays good odds on guardbreaking->combo or just taking 90% of a life bar on wakeup
