www.nintendo-3d.com doesn't even load for me, doesn't send me anywhere else either. What's supposed to be there? Is there anyway we can see who trademarked / who owns the site? I've seen people here do that before.

It's supposed to take you to http://www.tmp-mediagroup.de/. In other words, some random guy cooked up a domain that redirects you to some other site.
