Will these games stop when Namco and Bandai merge, or will Namco teams be forced to make thees crummy games instead?

Bandai's games may not be high art, but they sell. I'm hoping Bandai's ability to sell mediocre titles and Namco's ability to make great titles will wind up being the best of both worlds.

I wonder what type of thought process went through the developer's head when they were coming up with the forth installment. I mean the series was starting to look like a decent rental RPG by the third installment by the tenth at that rate it would be a enjoyable experience.

But Digimon with swords.....
