I was just browsing the NOA website and came across what appears to the US release date for Nintendogs. August 22, 2005.

I don't want to bring it up if it's been talked about before (that's a lie, here I am doing it!) but what's the three styles about?

The three styles each have different sets of dogs to play with.

No. The three styles have every dog, the only difference is which are available from the start, and which need to be unlocked.
