I wonder if this game is worse than my DS version (it's older) or I simply liked it a little more than him.  I certainly agree with Silks' complaints.

Question. I enjoyed the first one, but never brought it. Would there be any reason to buy the second one over the first?

I wouldn't know.  This GBA version is pretty old.
