Title: Changing our name/handle??
Post by: Pale on April 27, 2005, 08:30:33 AM: I know a while ago some people changed their handles here (bill -> bill aurian, nitsujdark -> nitsu something or other) but I somehow missed the boat...

Anyway..I would love to drop the zero off my name and be just Pale. If a mod can hook me up, I'd be happy... =P

I don't have a problem with it if we limit it to, like, ONCE per person, and have some sort of thread noting name changes (so people know who is who). And force them to mention it in their signature for the first 3 months. Uh, yeah.

A while back I wanted to change my name, but I grew to love it. I could have changed my name back when everyone else was doing it I AM NOT A ROBOT but I chose to keep KnowsNothing. I no longer read it as "Knows Nothing" but as one word that just means "me." A little strange, I guess, but at least to me it's not as tacky and stupid as it used to sound. Plus, whenever I act like an idiot I can fall back on my name. "Hay, what did you expect?"

Yes indeed. Would it be possible to have my name changed to just 'wandering'?
I have my full name in my signature and everything.

When I came to the forums they gave me some weird cookie error and then I couldn't log in (cause my name was different)

I thought I got banned or something until I noticed you changed it for me.

Not sure why. It doesn't really affect anything, I just wanted to point it out.

So you made that post as kingvudu, it logged the last post as kingvudu, and then your name was changed. No biggie.
