Aw, crap. I didn't realize it until now. It's only a self made MMORPG that borrows the artistic style of Wind Waker.

Dammit, and I was really hoping for another cel-shaded Zelda game from Nintendo. >_<

If the game plays nothing like Wind Waker, then can you really argue it? Perhaps Nintendo could argue on the basis that the game is stealing the Link character design, but I don't think you can really copyright the stylistic nature of a work of art. And I don't think companies should be able to do that, either.
