Title: Happy Birthday, Dan Bloodworth!
Post by: Jonnyboy117 on December 06, 2004, 08:00:34 AM
It's official: he's old.

Daniel Bloodworth, Content Editor for Planet GameCube, is celebrating his 25th birthday today.  Dan joined the staff after serving as one of our Talkback Moderators in the forums, before that function became automated.  He quickly made a name for himself on the staff and was named a Senior Editor before accepting his current role.  In addition to his many writing assignments, Dan is in charge of editing most of PGC's content to make sure it's accurate and free of grammar and spelling mistakes.  He also helps coordinate our PR efforts with game publishers.  If we had a staff basketball team, he would completely own on the court.  So as you can tell, this guy does a lot to keep PGC running smoothly.

Happy birthday, Dan!  Go have fun today!

Happy birthday Danny boy.  A shame we don't hook up more often!  I hope you have more than Metroid Prime 2 planned for your special day.

Wow, that's quite a lot of people commenting there.  Thanks everyone.  We had a quintuple dinner date Sunday, since two of my close friends also have birthdays just before mine. My (day-job) bosses gave me a $50 gift card for PF Chang's, and my girlfriend gave me a candle, Paper Mario, Samurai Jack Season One DVD, and a Donkey Kong lollipop.

My Mom apparently ordered something for me too, but she called K-Mart today, and they told her they're still verifying her financial information.  Two weeks to run a credit card number?  Oh my.  I can't imagine how long it will take them to find the item and put it in a box.

Happy Birthday, you aren't old, but young for your age. ^__^
