Title: ds: Urbz game help???

first let me say how awesome the ds is and how i can't seem to get over it's power... I also can't seem to get the urbz: sims in the city game to work for me. I can play it, but I cannot order from the catalog and every time I get something new it gets stolen. I have searched the web for info and help but can't seem t find anything. I also checked the little booklet thing that came with the game but that really didn't help...
can anyone here please help me on this??? thx in advance.
