Title: Newbie Question: How do i erase all the data on a memory card?

I bought a gamecube on ebay and it works fine, but i just need to know how to delete his saves from the memory card so that i can start the FUN!!!!! Thanks!

Turn on your gamecube without a game in it, go to the memory card option, and erase files..

Rub the silver bar on the memory card for a couple of minutes. Boot it up, and the memory card will be corrupt and delete all the files, THERE YOU GO! (Don't actually do this man, my friend did it to mine back when Eternal Darkness came out)

you know where the g-cube logo starts just hold a and it will come up bwith calendar memory card etc you click on the memory card word that comes up and then you choose which slot it is in then it will come up with your saving on the games then you click 1 then it will say delete or move click delete then click yes and you deleted gameplay from yur memory card ... i hope this information was help ful

Okay, whose joke account is this? The A-button method was already mentioned and I can't imagine that anyone's actually stupid enough to dig up an old thread and repeat an answer that was given roughly three months ago.
