Post by: Jonnyboy117 on October 14, 2004, 02:34:00 PM
Acclaimed music video director Hype Williams has created a trailer for EA's The Urbz, with new music from the Black Eyed Peas.

EA has released a new trailer for The Urbz: Sims in the City.  The trailer was directed by Hype Williams, who has directed music videos for Busta Rhymes, LL Cool J, Ashanti, Jay-Z, Ja Rule, and others.  The video also includes a brand new song by the Black Eyed Peas, who are providing much of the game's soundtrack and even some of their own songs re-done in Simlish, the game's fictional language.  You can download the music video below.

The Urbz Music Video - Small (2MB, Quicktime Format)
The Urbz Music Video - Large (8MB, Quicktime Format)

I wish they wouldn't call it "The Urbz". That name is almost as bad as Mario Power Tennis..

The Sims: Urbz would be much better.

Besides, Hype Williams retired some while ago so I wonder how much money EA paid to get him to do this.
