I don't want Mewtwo in this game even at all. Maybe in a poke ball? I guess. But as far as playable pokemon. I don't want Pikachu, Jigglypuff, and if the pokemon trainer comes back, squritle, ivysaur and charizard. That is WAAAAAAY too many Gen. 1 pokemon... I want to see some new guys. Like how Lucario was. but I want to see different pokemon! I'm pretty sure Sakurai wants to best represent every series as good as possible and ONLY having pokemon from the first generation doesn't do pokemon justice at all, theres way too many great pokemon in all different generations to cry over one that was taken out.

TalkBack / Re: LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Review
« on: November 05, 2013, 08:36:15 PM »
... I take it the reviewer isn't a Marvel Fan? haha I mean half the fun for me was seeing how many different Marvel heroes there were. Yeah a bunch of them have similar attacks and things. But then they mix it up who has what with different characters. I think it's a lot better then Lego City in the sense that when I need to change a costume in lego city I just find myself thinking ugh okay, lets get through this... But when I change superheroes to do something, it feels really good! I think because not only am I actually changing a character but also they all have unique identities who I know and love and it's great!
As far as the gameplay goes though. I think it's a standard lego game. Like Most lego games feel pretty similar. But with superpowers and things, I feel like it mixes it up MORE then normal. But yeah, I do agree, the logo formula is a bit stale for me too.

As far as the Wii U Gamepad support. I do agree, not NEARLY as much fun as Lego City. BUT you gotta play this with a friend! One of the things I want most of Wii U games is asynchronous multiplayer, and this game does it WONDERFULLY. When you're in the HUGE city, you and a friend can be on two different sides  of the map doing your own things and then when you get bored, go help each other! I think that is a great feeling that I don't get a lot in too many games. Or if I do, it's a split screen and It's just not the same as my friend crying out in terror, needing my help and having to describe the place he is in and having me find it on my own rather then just glancing at his screen. Ya know? I feel like a lot of simple but great things are happening with games that do multiplayer like this.

I'm not saying this is like GAME OF THE YEAR or anything... but for what it is, I think it should have a little bit better of a score. That's all, it was still an enjoyable read!

Ohh Gosh, I hope it's the moves. Not like ALL the moves for each character change. But like if you could set up a name, as you can in melee and brawl. Then go into the settings and choose from maybe 2 or 3 special attacks for each direction of the "B" button! I think that would be THE BEST!

I'm Pretty sure if Nintendo only had Pokemon X and Y come out for the 3DS this year they would be fine...

But with The plumber, the dinosaur, the monkey and the green hat right behind pokemon... It could just be me... But I  think the 3DS is going to be fine.

I think this is REALLY exciting. I don't even know what to expect. For all we know this could be better then a live event at E3. I mean this is Nintendo! From what I can tell this has potential to be better because going from what Iwata said, this Nintendo Event will be focused at us! So we won't have to go grab a snack or get a drink when they start talking about all the investor stuff we don't care about. From what it sounds like, what ever they end up doing with be packed solid with pure unadulterated nintendo brand awesomeness.

TalkBack / Re: Nintendo Weighing Multiple 3DS Zelda Options
« on: June 13, 2012, 04:29:59 PM »
I'm pretty sure they didn't want to do 2 Zelda remakes in a row on the 3DS... and I don't want them to either... I mean Majoras mask and Link to the past were great! But I want something totally new! Maybe with Toon Link! Or, i don't know. Just a game that will completely take advantage of what the 3DS has to offer.

I really hope it comes to the east coast... I hate having to wait till 12 to watch it.

WHY WOULD YOU NOT WANT THIS?!?!

Everyone knows he's going to use this to let us power up our characters on the 3DS and throw them on to the Wii U and beat the hell out of each other.... THAT IS FRIKIN AWESOME.

Good! I don't want games to port over to the Wii U from any other console, the Wii U is unique and should be treated as such.

I'm not sure if its important or maybe implying some kind of Wii U connectivity. But if you look at the notification for this message in notification thing at the top of the home menu this is the only message that I noticed that referenced a "Nintendo Letter Box"

TalkBack / Re: Iwata Hints at Possible DLC Content for Mario
« on: February 08, 2012, 09:31:39 AM »
Im just going to call it now... The new "2D Mario Game for 3DS" is going to flip the formula of what we saw In Mario 3D Land.

Rather then a 2D style Mario game (with flag pools, a run button, a time limit, and a very linear style to it) In a 3D game space.

I can only hope and pray that this next Mario game we will be in a 2D game space collecting multiple stars on each level... (maybe that might be a little awkward in a 2D space... but perhaps it can be done well), have a health meter,  and even though it is 2D have more depth then New Super Mario Brothers series.

I think what I and a lot of other people are looking for is an experience more like the one had in Super Mario World! With a big world map! And like having to find keys to access secret levels! Just a bunch of things from that game! It was after all kinda sorta the link between normal 2D and 3D mario. SO I really hope thats what is going to happen.... Anyone with me?

OHh then relating to this article! Just add DLC to add extra islands or something to give more levels!... or something. I don't know. haha but it would be pretty amazing!  :D

TalkBack / Re: Nintendo Preparing New 2D Mario for 3DS
« on: January 27, 2012, 09:55:45 PM »
I don't know if we would actually get it because its REALLY 2D... But Id like to see a game done in the art style that Mario is drawn on the AR card! I think that would be fun!  :)

Sweet God. Another Mario game for the 3DS next financial year already... They're really crankin' these bad boys out. Don't get me wrong I love it more then most things. But I really want to see Mario shine on the Wii U also!

TalkBack / Re: What Are Nintendo's Developers Doing?
« on: January 25, 2012, 01:33:20 PM »
I thought there was an article not too long ago in Nintendo Power where Retro themselves hinted on them doing a new Starfox!

As much as Id like a new Zelda. Im confident that the EAD groups can handle that...

Id rather see a Starfox game that reminds us why we fell in love with the franchise in the first place.... Because honestly... Its been far too long.
