It's not lock-on, it's targeting, and it's exactly lilke using iron sites actually, only it doesn't zoom in much, so you can't just aim right for the head.

So wha your saying is that it keeps you directed towards an enemy but you still have to put the crosshairs on the person and pull the trigger?

13102
Hmm, where is Stratos.

I left it running in WFC but you and Luke we locked in 'playing'. After a long while I gave up and turned it off. I'll log back on if someone is up for playing.

13103
Sorry I'm late. Erands took longer than I thought. Wal-Mart is Chaos-Mart today.

I'm logging on now.

I think I read people's preference as one being good and the other being bad. Sorry for the confusion.

13105
Hey, I was in a minimalistic mindset and was getting ready to go off to college. I also was on a decline with videogames in general. I very nearly gave up on games in general. I threw out my old game boxes as well. I regret doing that. A pity and a shame.

13106
Going thought old NP issues can be hilarious. I did that before I threw them all out a few years back. Some of the letters and responses were ridiculous.

I really enjoyed my time with this, but I actually think the single-player is a little bit better than you give it credit. I also ran into the issue that, at least with the people I play with, only a small amount of the multiplayer types had any kind of long-lasting fun.

Would you say this is on par, worse or better than the lastability of the multiplayer of the first game? Because most of the MP modes in the first one are still heavy draws for my family.

13108
I'm sure someone posted the information on the internet somewhere. It is the internet, afterall.

When did I say that?  I don't remember saying that at all.  I remember on one of our podcasts I said that the punching feels really satisfying when you really cream an opponent.

Not you specifically, but I got the impression that most of you all on the 'cast were not satisfied with them. I think you were referring to using them in place of NES style for playing the hard tournaments.

I haven't listened to any IGN 'casts since my computer died so I can't have mixed it up. Maybe I just heard James make a crack about it and assumed he was knocking it. I actually do remember you saying that it was satisfying now. Someone on the 'cast didn't like them, though.

I played catchup on episode 147-150 over the course of two graveyard hour shifts when I got my iPod working on another computer so something may have gotten scrammbled in my memory of it all.

You mean you were going to jokingly state that GP's goal is to scare half of the men off the boards?

Actually, I thought you were posting the numbers for N64 Oracina gold carts that were made.

I'm going to be playing some BWii first since it is the last day of BWii Days and that is planned for around 4PM Pacific time, but after we finish there I'll hop over and join you.

13114
Actually, now that you mention it, I think i do that instinctively as well. I find it is easier to rest it when your sensor bar is above the TV. If it is below the TV you tend to cut off the IR signal with your knees and legs.

I was planning on getting up before noon so I could aquire some turnips to play around with. If nothing else getting red ones once a month would be profitable because after 6 days you can sell them for 16k.

And with my pathetic inability to catch any more rainbow bugs that is a good deal. I've chased away 6 in the last two days because I swung to far and didn't catch them :(

I'm down with that. I actually find I prefer Bounty Hunter when I'm playing with friends over strangers.

Oh, when do you guys want to come over, then? The store is closed today because I'm getting the next remodel apparently, but by Sunday or Monday most of the trees may be ready for harvest.

What kind of junk? I had a couple of cans and boots laying around from when I was fishing and my bag was full. But I picked all those up and left them in recycling the other day because I was feeling guilty.

I thought you were talking to him.

Though the mode that traks points instead of kills is the Bounty Hunter mode. But half of the people playing seem to not realize it and just kill anyone. Rather funny when someone does that and you watch their score decrease. I've done it once or twice when I get caught up in the start of the game.

My Nunchuck wrist I tend to rest on my leg until I need a grenade. The only option for my Wiimote wrist is to take breaks from time to time.

See, while everyone else got caught up in Conduit, I still faithfully played the game every day before going online in BWii or Conduit.

Next harvest I may need some extra help gathering all of my fruit. Care to come over and help, Mop it up? I'll give you a fossil or a 1-Up Mushroom for your trouble. I actually have 4 spare fossils you can choose from. I save my duplicates instead of selling them.

Misinterpretation by use of the word "original", I don't consider that a synonym for the word "first" in this context.

Last time the full stats were posted the male/female ratio was 11.1:1. Now it is 9.9:1. Looks like I'm doing my part!

Yeah, I noticed that. I was looking at if after the gender poll incident died down and noticed the change and thought "Huh, Mop it up changing from unknown to known really made a difference!"

Though that does seem like a huge change. I wonder if your toil and persecution for remaining gender anonymous inspired other women on the forums to come out with their true gender.

what did you do?
multiply?
scare off some of the male members?

what was your part?

No, that's GP's mission apparently. ;)

Yes, I have voted.

For this poll, I voted with my heart...and my loins.

Oh dear. I think you should have Mrs. Lindy play the game too and see what she has to say about MAN-BEAMS.
