Title: Super Mario Kart Mafia: Day 5. Icicle Mountain.

Due to special request and since there are new characters in this mafia game, there is now a racecourse at Icicle Mountain. Although Thatguy is talking about bowing out of the race to spend more time with his family, all racers are awating official word from the judges if he can get out of his contractual obligations to further appear in Mario Kart, especially since they just created this course for The Ice Climbers. While we await the judges decision, let's talk abit about the course.
This isn't your typical Mario kart course. The hazard to the stage is dozens of Ice Climbers in blue, pink, red, green, black, white, yellow, and even colors you've never dreamed of climb up the stage with you. In addition, past mountain courses would often send you up a mountain and then back down to race along it. In this particular course, the race is straight up the mountain with different laps starting and ending at different heights. Basically, it's a race to climb higher and higher. Once players reach the top, their kart blasts over the peak of the mountain on to a pack of flying pteradactyls which they must race across with different gaps opening up as the birds shift position and the ground moves in different directions. They must drive across this pack and get to the other side and drive over the edge and then aim the kart to best land on Polar Bear island. Once they have landed on Polar Bear island, they must drive through the pack of incredibly cool polar bears to the finish line.
Should be interesting to see how they do. Wait a sec, I think the judges are about to make their ruling.

I am going to flip a coin and let fate decide whether stevey's vote stands or not. This came back as tails, hence stevey's vote will not count. Thatguy was ran over by a bus at 4 votes to three.
He was a member of the red team. Thatguy had a banana.
All PM's except have been sent out. Five players are near death.
ITEM USES: Someone passed on a cloud. Someone used a banana offensively. Someone used a banana defensively. 2 people used a mystery box. 2 people used a red shell offensively. 1 person used a red shell defensively. Someone had the identifier.

Well, I don't know about the rest of you but I thought this Ice Climbers course was pretty darned awesome. Makes me think an actual Smash Bros. Kart would be rather cool.

The day's half over and we still don't know what happened yesterday!? How are we supposed to make informed, rational decisions if we don't know who died or--more importantly--their team?

Well he's gone back offline again so i'm doing it now. Heads means the vote sticks, tails it doesn't.
EDIT: My flip came back as tails. His vote will not stick, hence thatguy is dead.

Math time.
There are 11 players remaining. So far all three teams have lost one member each. We know that the green team isn't allowed to lose any more players if they want to win. Since we know the green team's win conditions constitute they must have at least half of their members alive at the end of the game we now know how many players are on each team!
There are currently 4 red players, 4 blue players and 3 green players.
We know this because A) we know the green team started out with fewer players than the other two teams, B) the red and blue teams started out with the same number of players, and C) the green team still has the potential to win the game. This is the only combination that will fulfill all conditions.

I wanted to change that to make it clearer. Green is above half to win, red/blue can have half and still win.

Which reminds me. I still haven't had an answer about who targetted Dasmos with the cloud. The reason I ask is because tonight, the cloud will automatically take away one of Dasmos points. It will actually be his last point, thereby eliminating him and our chance at victory. So, you may target me with items tonight but eliminating one more green member will not bring you closer to victory as Blue will now have the majority. The person who has targetted Dasmos could come forward and say so and confirm, but I do not think they will. I have a feeling they will stay quiet so that I stay targetted.
Actually, I find it rather interesting that Red players would even target me. With Dasmos gone, and 1 point remaining on me, you'd think the focus would be on the blue team since they are who you have to defeat now to win. Half the green team will be gone now. Now you just have to focus on taking out the blue players who aren't even around. So, if they aren't around, they are not using their weapons. But if you want to target me, go for it. I enjoy being a distraction and tying up your resources.
