The lack of buildings kinda saddens me. What am I supposed to use as an improvised blunt weapon then?

Oh and your link is fail because the middle got ...ed out.

And needs less bloom. Bloom is fine for night missions but not daytime!

Hahaha, five seconds of footage...Five...seconds... :tpg:

The game is intriguing, and I'm particularly looking forward to finding out how it controls...

Interesting looking. Not much I could get from that, but hey more games!

Well, Sandlot already had 1:1 sword controls in Chou Soujuu Mecha MG...

Looks like it has potential visually at least. Glad to see Nintendo publish more core games as well!

It would have more potential if they removed the excessive bloom that everybody seems to use these days to blur details away and hide any issues in the graphics.

I bet bloom will really really show it's age in a couple of gens.

Bloom makes things shiny. Shiny things are nice.

Only when there are few bright things around. E.g. EDF(2)'s night missions had very few lights and the bloom gave it a nice glow but when the scene is bright it just feels like there's a fog over everything.

Well I don't really mind the bloom on shiny surfaces like a blade of a sword or metallic armor. But I agree bloom should be used to enhance torches for night missions if there is any.

GP was being sarcastic.

It's not going to show its age because it's going to be just as sh**ty as it is right now.

Bloom is a mainstay like polygons.

EDF on 360 wasn't exactly a showcase as well.

That looks like it has a very RE4-like camera style.

I suppose it's so you can control the sword swings better.

In Sandlot we trust.

I really wish America could have experienced EDF2 to see their true awesomeness. EDF2017 was such a downgrade in everything but the graphics.
