Apple TV+ needs to die a quick, painful death.

2
People are wondering why it's doing poorly: my guess is because it looks stupid and has gotten bad reviews.

3
Looks gangster. The WandaVision stuff makes sense now since it's probably not based in reality...for the most part. I bet she figures out how to bring back with, with Shuri.

Joker - 9.5/10
Very much a contender for best movie of the year, versus Avengers Endgame. Not sure what to say without spoiling anything...

Jesus why was I being such an asshole back then? Anyway, micro USB > mini USB...but, Type C ftw.

Fellow Shield owners unite! I have 4 of them...

There are a few deleted scenes from Endgame on Disney+ too, including Tony meeting grown-up Morgan after he snaps, the Vormir fight with Clint and Natasha, an extended pre-Thanos-fight planning scene with the good guys and stuff. Also there are pics of Falcon from the new series and Baron Zemo with his purple mask. Good stuff!

HBO Now will switch to Max automatically...not sure about HBO Go, since that's included with a cable subscription.

Wait really? I saw Death Wish a few weeks ago on AMC and thought it was horrible. Maybe it was ground breaking for the time or something...but it doesn't hold up.

They used it for all of Captain Marvel too. Flawless.

Season 2 of SpongeBob SquarePants is the best animated comedy season. Fight me.

14
Just wait for Black Friday.

Tom Holland is a lifelong Spider-Man fan, I'm sure he wants what is actually best for the character that he's playing - which is 100% keeping him in the MCU.

Movies & TV / Re: Disney & Sony Fighting results in MCU losing Spider-Man!!!

The other takeaway from the new deal is that the Spider-Verse and the MCU are sorta connected. So things could happen in the MCU which affect the Spider-Verse and visa-versa. Also apparently Sony's Spider-Man exclusivity is a 20 year deal, so it may end in 2022 anyway.

I think he was talking about the sites that were regurgitating the game rumor.

18
That website is horse ****. Zero truth to that.

They'll be in the set.

20
That was a pretty cool short. I mean you already have to suspend your belief for everything in any Jurassic Park movie, so...

21
I think Joker will be a great movie, but what's the point unless they do a Batman movie set in the 80s or early 90s? This version of The Joker would be like 85 years old today if they made a current Batman movie with him.

22
To be honest I don't think it looks that interesting.

$3.91/mo, $47/yr

I mean don't get me wrong: great acting throughout, but it's just mostly so pointless.

The Endgame "re-release" only added like $6 million to its take, if that. And inflation is only part of what needs to go into comparing ticket sales. The movie going audience today is a completely different one than it was when Gone with the Wind came out, or even Avatar. Endgame was selling out for days.
