Topic: Minecraft Wii U (Dec. 17) - So you want Skyrim on Nintendo?

I have spent a little bit of time with it. My life is currently being held hostage, so hopefully soon.

How does the multiplayer work. Do we all share a world? Is it persistent online or more like Animal Crossing where you have to visit each other's "towns"? If we need a dedicated village of sorts to remain open I use my Wii so rarely that I'd be willing to volunteer to leave mine open and on as a shared space if that is necessary.

Like I said, I'm willing to 'host' a persistent world to allow folks to come and go as they please. So if I don't have you on my Wii U friend list lets fix that now.

Well you need to fix that silly! I'd figure you will want to get Pokken Tournament this year considering Lucario is a playable character.

Its called parents r assholes and even tho i want to buy it with my own money (im 18 in a couple of days)
they still will not let me buy a Wii U, so it won't happen until i move out.

Here is a curiosity question for anyone who has played this on PC: Is every version of this game as glitchy as this one is?

I got this game because a friend wanted me to, but I'm really starting to get tired of all the glitches. Stuff like consuming two food items with one button press I can deal with, but things like getting stuck in blocks or just straight-up freezes typically require reloading a save. With all the billions they've made on this game, I'd think they could at least afford to get it running smoothly...

Interesting, I never ran into those glitches on either version. Though I don't play with a lot of people online.

Well from what I hear, it's mostly multiplayer that's glitchy. But it's boring in single...

If you want to, but I can't use voice chat. And I may turn into a bat, get stuck in your minecart, and then catch fire when I press the Start button (seriously, that was one such glitch that happened).

The game supports voice chat? Never even knew that.


Do wish we could get an option for a persistent world online. I'd even pay a couple bucks to have the option of it.
