Pretty wild numbers. More impressed that Paper Mario outsold Super Paper Mario lifetime sales in less than 3 months

Oo never enjoy punishing death mechanics. That may be a dealbreaker

Wow didnt expect a low score I thought this game looked quite promising. That being said, I still think I will check it out but maybe now wait for a sale. Good review. I think the negatives you mentioned might not be dealbreakers for me yet..

Great review very fair and all your positives outweigh the negatives for me. One question - you mention that you really liked collecting everything. I know that was appealing to me in Color Splash but I recall reading about say you filled all the colour in a world but someone would suck up the colour and you would have to return - making 100% pretty annoying and difficult. Is this the same? Is there anything that un-does your progress?

Alright so I am pretty sure I managed to purchase every game in the series over the years but yet to play a single one. What would you say is the definitive play order? Great review looking forward to this!

Nice, great preview. Will be interesting to see how this turns out. Getting a lot of Owlboy vibes, which while that game had an interesting story and great music and graphics, the traversal was not fun and some game moments - thinking of escape sequences that were borderline unplayable - were very frustrating. Hopefully Faeland doesn't fall into that trap!

wow 12 million sales in 3 weeks is nuts for smash bros. I imagine it will be an constant seller too like MK8 deluxe which still sells like crazy

For any action puzzler fans out there don't sleep on Lolo. Holds up well and I tend to replay it every few years. Good length. Hopefully they bring the bigger and better sequels to the Online service. But if Wii U VC was any indiator, I do not have my hopes up..

can you elaborate on your two cons of the game? Can you not put the game to sleep ? I rely on this heavily for my switch gaming

One feature missed in the article that has me excited the most is the ability to change the colour scheme as well as an option to reduce eye strain. Fixing my biggest complaint of the game.

Nice list! Really liked the BOTW write-up as it echoes my feelings exactly. Top 3 are the same for me.

Good review. Sounds great. I have never played the game and have always been curious. Here in Canada, between the Wii U VC release and the 3DS release came a substantial drop in the Canadian dollar occurred. Resuling in the VC version being 7.99 here vs the 3ds remake being 49.99. Do you think the upgrades are worth the giant difference in price, or should I just pick up the VC version?

Great review Neal.

I am curious about the amiibo, specifically the wolf link one. Was the wolf useful or is it a gimmick? Any thoghts on the uses of the other amiibo?
