Server upgrade 11/8

I'm not sure if it's related to the server upgrade or an ad, but when I visited the main site this morning I received the following error message.



This happened around 9:00 AM PST.  I haven't been able to duplicate the error.

Yes, I fixed that.

Mop it up:
I've gotten that message on this site before, but I've also gotten it elsewhere so I didn't think it was a problem specifically with NWR.

Stratos:
Ironically, I had a connection failure just now trying to view this thread.

I didn't have any hitches myself and everything seems to be working well. What other changes were made?
