The stellar DSiWare game is getting 3D sequel that is set in space.

Go! Go! Kokopolo 3D - Space Recipe for Disaster is just starting development for the 3DS eShop from Tanukii Studios and CIRCLE Entertainment, Nintendo Life reports.
The game is a sequel to last year's Go! Go! Kokopolo, which was a surprisingly excellent DSiWare game that featured colorful art and a zany arcade playing mechanic that involved a cat running around, pissing other creatures off so they chase him, and then leading those creatures to certain doom.
80 new stages and 10 new boss fights will make up the content of the game, and it also will feature multiple playable characters, and a variety of landscapes including castles, factories, and the eponymous space. The game's story involves three characters competing to find the last piece of a stone tablet that will bestow immortality on the owner.
