If you buy an Arcade, or have bought one in the past, or a Core system, you can get a 20GB HDD for $30 from Microsoft, or a 256MB memory card for free. You can also get a 3rd party WiFi adapter for like $70, which still sucks.

You do have to note that the 20GB harddrive in that offer is refurbished, and the free memory card is 512MB, 256MB memory cards are discontinued ever since microsoft moved those to internal memory only on arcade systems. The cheapest way for a 360 WiFi is making a wireless bridge or bridge the connection off a laptop.

That and a Pro costs 50€ more and comes with a 60GB HDD instead of the 20GB you'd get that way.

Its a karaoke game with 30,000 songs available the thing is the DLC is different, you don't buy the songs but you buy a time share or subscription in the increments of 24 hours, 1 week 3 months of access to all the songs. The game itself comes with like 50ish songs and a USB microphone.

Yeah, you can tell it's a karaoke culture when they've worked out an advanced par-per-period price structure like that. Of course, I like karaoke, and I think that sounds neat!

Yeah, but I don't know if the Wii can give CF the sort of crazy support that the DS gave WW. I mean, I like CF waaaay more, but the DS is flying way higher than the Wii right now in Japan.

I think the PS3 is doing even worse than the GC, both hardware and software-wise.

Why on Earth would Japanese developers even make 360 or PS3 games anymore?  IT's pretty clear that the plurality of Japanese gamers have Wiis, yet they continue to waste their talents and time on userbases that mostly don't buy their games.  And for what?  Western sales?  Where the Wii dominates also?  Where 360 fans mainly only buy western games, even in the genres that the Japanese pride themselves in? (RPGs)

Something has to give here and the bottom line has to matter at some point.  They can argue graphics, both visual and demo-, till they are blue in the face, but it won't stop the bleeding or the hurting.  It's pretty damn clear now.  Bring.  Your.  Best.  Stuff.  To.  Wii.  Or you can be consumed by your own costs and low userbases like Free Radical and Factor 5.

I mean seriously, how can anybody even justify a PS3 exclusive after looking at that list?  Who can see the decision to put games like FFXIII on PS3 as anything but shortsighted stupidity?  How can anybody justify a Japanese developer even giving the 360 the time of day now?

The waggly-tailed devil has come to collect his due.  They have avoided the inevitable for too long, just like the DS.  They can kick.  They can scream.  They can cry "kids," "casuals," "Nintendo fans."  But they will have to make Wii games, or they can kiss their profits and relevancy goodbye.

No. whats sad is that the 360 doesn't even have a quarter million seller in Japan. Ps3 doesn't even have a three quarter million seller. & is you add their(PS3 + 360) #1 sellers together you still don't = a million seller. That's what sad.

I'm impressed that the Wii already has more games than the GC. And except for Zelda the sequels have all done a lot better than their GC counterparts.
