yes it does. Out of the five gajillion KoF games three or four are different. Alas this collection features just 94, 95, 96, 97, and 98. That excludes all the fun things they added afterwards.

If you don't live for gaming news you don't know what mirror's edge is. That's why it bombed. This time of year marketing sells games (wii play excluded) more than anything else. You put your game all over tv and people buy it. Why does Guitar Hero sell so much on Wii as opposed to other games? Because Activision says "you can actually buy this game on wii." No one else is that smart. Like, did you guys know samba de amiga was out for Wii? I had no idea until I saw it at wal mart this weekend. Seriously, I had no clue.

I only have a few friends that play games. Most of the people I hang out with, the most they've seen of gaming are kiosks at wal mart. I'm really looking forward to no fail mode. Beginniner mode makes them feel stupid if I'm playing guitar on expert or drums on hard and they have this rainbow thing going on. I'm an awful singer and some songs just weren't made for me.

For games it is. Wii is the first time in years that games got a positive spin on GMA, Today Show, and the early show. They got nearly free marketing all over the place.

LBP sales aren't official at all. VGChartz are always wrong. Euro numbers aren't official. They're really not official. They don't go down to single digits. So while I believe it's quite close to 1 million I don't want to say it is until numbers are officially out.

I like the light drum sticks for video game purposes, I wouldn't want to use mine on either set of fisher price drums.
I really love world tour and think it's getting a lot of chiding for not being rock band. I would've liked something a little different, but the game that is Guitar Hero: World Tour is a fantastic game. I've had two parties where world tour was involved and no one had any complaints. These were full of people who either owned or had only played rock band up until this point. People that aren't stpeeded in gaming only care if the game is fun and songs they like are fun to play. The game is still great fun, even more so now. As the product it is it's fantastic.

Miyamoto Usagi is an awesome character in his own stuff, I do really really love his appearances in the Turtles world. I like how the new cartoon series brought him and Gen in for a bit.

Wii Fit, this is just my honest bet, sold because best buy has been pumping the mess out of it. I've seen so many of those best buy holiday ads for wii fit. People are remotely aware of it. I'm really interested in Decembers sales, see if it'll stay up there.
Poor LBP. That game is purely a victim of bad market position. Not enough advertising, the PS3 has not enough market share and the system costs too too much.
I heard the next tales game is going to be on wii. The A team will be doing it instead of the b team like with symphonia. People seem to really like Vesparia so that could be good news.

It's a fun game. whatever, I liked it.
Also, liberation was fantastic. It is much better than the console game. One of the better psp games I've played.

hahaha. four of the games i voted for I'm the only vote.
Majora's Mask is why I love zelda. I loved the story and the wild gameplay turns it had. Rolling around as goron link is as of yet unmatched. The music element was stellar and the fetch questing stuff with the masks was implemented well enough as to not come off too forced.
Ogre Battle 64 is too good for it's own good. The battle system kicked butt and the battle system really really kicked butt. It's still the best rpg ever made in my book.
Mario Golf got me into sports gaming. My little sister and I got hours and hours and hours of this game. The mini golf alone was brilliant. It had a great cast of characters and fantastic courses.
Diddy Kong Racing is better than Mario kart to me. The planes and hover boats added muchos muchos value to the typical kart racer. The Adventure mode was excellently implemented even if some of the bosses were stupid cheap the second time around.
Harvest Moon 64 was my Animal Crossing through middle school and into high school. Only God knows how many hours I've stuffed into that game. It's just a fun fun experiance for me.

If they were cheap I would. I have no need for the online parts of them. I did get a lot of enjoyment out of Echo's multiplayer though. I just know i'd never play online.

Seems like some of you guys are falling into the trap of assuming that everyone wants the same game experiance as you. It is very plausible that someone would have a much better experiance with the crappy wii version of call of duty than with the super fancy hi def version of it. I've seen that to be true. Judge that game for what it is and not for what you want it to be. Every game on wii isn't immediately worse because of it's power limitations, they're only worse if you don't take them for what they are. You're painting this broad brush that if a game is on both platforms them obviously the wii version sucks point blank end of story. It's like saying a traditionally hand drawn and animated movie is a worse experiance than a fancy new CGI movie. That just doesn't fly at all.

as I've changed the way I play games I've stopped giving much if any credence to reviews. It's not the reviewers fault, I'm just not in the audience anymore. Most reviews are generally good for two to six months. And as long as any game below say 8.5 or so is crap then the whole process is a joke. All media is biased because they experiance things in a certain way, and no matter how hard they try it isn't the same as a lot of people. The most common game complaint about another game doing the same thing before is absurd to anyone who hasn't played that game.
If RE5 is just like RE4 then all you're going to hear is how it's RE4 in Africa. But to anyone who didn't play RE4 and maybe only has a 360 or a non bc ps3 then playing RE4 isn't an option and their enjoyment won't be effected in any way at all by how similar it is or isn't to the prior game.
So yeah, reviews are pretty useless as they're currently written. Needs more island criticism.
Also, mediocre and bad are really subjective. Excellent game design is totally subjective. If you got Gears 2 for online play and it takes you five minutes to get to a match this game everyone loves is mostly garbage for you.
