Watch, since I don't have a home internet connection for the next month all the coming tracks will be ones I have been hoping to see.

But I LIKE devious tactics like hiding proximity mines in the shadows.
That isn't really a devious tactic because proximity mines are meant to be used in such a manner. Shooting the body armour is just plain low.

In Perfect Dark, I loved to stick a remote mine onto someone without them realizing it, then detonating it when they least expect it. When they've just finished stocking up on weapons and are about to hunt for a firefight and then suddenly explode, their facial expression is priceless.

It's like stickying some poor bloke in Halo. Good times.

Heh, no front here... he could very well be townie... how could anyone have any clue?  I just think its rude to start somethigng with Khush EVERY game...

Remind me to not do the same thing if anyone stabs me in the back and I declare eternal V for Vendetta on his butt when you are also playing with us.  ;)

Only if it is one of the 4gb non-SDHC cards.

And if that's the case just get a different compatible card, boot GH and D/L one song onto it and then hot swap with your 4gb card that has all your songs and you are good to go until you use the channel with that card again.

But that's his trademark! It adds all kinds of interest to the game.

I think your just using it as a front to out him, but we'll see come tomorrow.

I vote Perm since he voted me for apparently no reason. I challenge him to a match in the ring!

Nice to know. I was just wondering what was coming out next month. Did the list already get posted and I just missed it somehow?

I also heard that the GH Van Halen is going to appear some time this Summer.

I thought he said something like that, I just couldn't remember for sure.

Though he did log on today, just didn't say anything. Considering that there still is a wee bit of suspicion.

May as well also remind people that after today I'm only going to be able to log on once a day when I go to the coffee shop for internet. I'm not making multiple trips in one day there but I will be on for a few hours there typically unless I don't go once.

Yikes, I'm scared to go a day without checking this, what if I get bandwagoned off while I'm gone? I couldn't defend myself. Maybe I should give someone my phone number so they could call me if I need to rush on and defend myself.

Stevey-5
Khush-1
Stratos-1
Dasmos-1
Spak-1

Why does Perm hate me so? I was his friend and savior last game and this is how he thanks me?

:P to you Perm. You have an issue with me, confront me face to face, mano-a-mano and we'll settle this like men, in the ring!

I'm playing this game a little more now that my Hatsworth fever has lifted, but GTA keeps freezing on me during missions.  :-(

It only did that to me once, on a mission where I had to take a car to a special shop to plant a bomb in it. I drove into the stores garage and I walked out w/o the car like it was a garage and the game froze.

But what does the description 'secluded' mean? I've been chased by the cops a few times to a safehouse, and I just save to the game to get the heat off.

Secluded safe houses are where you can drive stolen trucks like the Ammu-Nation truck or a rival gangs truck. You need a secluded place where you can use a welder or cut open the door to grab the vehicles goods. You should get several so you're not racing half way across the city being chased by cops or gang members. I know I almost have to drop everything I'm doing to jack a truck I see passing by. I was the same way in Godfather.

Hmm...
Curious that Khush, a man with a hand in every cookie jar and a bid in every ring match has been silent this far. Did he say something about this absence or is he laying low? He mad a whole lot of racket last time.

Hey, I tried to move it back with my Strong Bad comment.
That still has the best chance I believe.

You know, Space Invaders Get Even could as well considering how large it is. I still want to try it soon.

I bother with the bits holder because I like to have them lined up on my shelf like movies and CDs in alphabetical order. I like to go over to my shelf and look at them and decide which I feel like enjoying that day. I also like having the manuals to read on a carbon based material because I sometimes get tired of reading digitally arranged bits on a screen. It's why I also don't like e-books.

Friend Connection INSTANTLY made me think "oh they somehow fixed the friend code system?"

Same here. I pictured a new Wii Channel that showed all of your friends status and all the different games you had exchanged FC's with them. Maybe with WiiSpeak and keyboard support so you could plan what games you wanted to play.

But thins sounds like it could be fun. Imagine all the fans stalking Reggie when he appears in the game. Wait, will it be MMO like where all of your friends are on the same island? That could be fun.

Pale wants to save the world through pushing digital distribution; "Gamers Honored For Immense Sacrifice To Stave Off Global Warming! Gamer Environmental Revolution Spurred By Mysterious Man In Bucket Hat!""

Of all of them I would be willing to bet the Strong Bad games would because Telltale likes to do that with their other games like Sam & Max. Sadly S&M didn't do well in sales. I liked it.

I would want to nominate Kirby 64 for the N64 one.

Jonny, for the more obscure systems/systems with few games are you going to combine them for those polls, like C64 and SMS or Neo Geo and VC Arcade?

We should do an all VC Arcade poll once a few more games come out on the service.

It's on Amazon new for 20 US dollars, don't know if the UK store is similar.

It's worth it to get the whole thing. It comes with a nifty fold out map of the city with important places marked for you. The back is a poster of the girl that trained you on weapons dressed in a traditional Chinese outfit. I wore a male version of one of those outfits once for Chinese New Year. Quite fun and very comfortable.

Oh, so you didn't think I was being serious? C'mon, I'm tough, I can be a meaniehead too sometimes! Maybe I really will swear vendetta on you just to show you my wrath!

*spills milk on your floor*

Ha! Now you have to clean up that mess! Get to it.

*taps foot*

You going to clean that up or what?
...Fine, fine, I'll take care of it. But I'm not going to sing whilst I do it!

*mops the floor in silence*

Your cute when you try to be tough.

@Maxi
It is a strangely quiet day compared to last time. Stevey might really be KO'd at this rate.

The thought of the internet one day being tamed, controlled and domesticated frightens me. Someone with that much power would be dangerous.

@Ian

Some things that are digital and DIY friendly are podcasts. Plus DIY musicians and game devs can still distribute their stuff online through their personal websites, iTunes or Amazon. Heck, Steam has a whole section dedicated to indie games and WiiWare was made to support the little guys.

I agree with a lot of the reservations against digital distribution being a consumers only option, but there are still workarounds available for people.

I only buy physical albums for artists I really like, my favorites. But others I am trying for the first time or where I'm not as big on them I'll grab off of Amazon MP3 since they are relatively cheaper.

Gotta know when to counter a punch and when to or block or dodge it instead.

Well, it was fun while it lasted ;)

Sorry Pale, I guess I convinced myself that we would eventually bring the discussion back around to WW.

And to answer your question, I just did an Amazon search and WoG is still the only one available in the US store.
