I went with 117. Though I think you should lower the post count limit. One of the first things I do when I see a person I'm not familiar with is I check their stats. I see where they like to post, how much and how often they post along with when they first joined the forums. Then I know if I am dealing with a new member or an old veteran crawling out of retirement. It also gives me a possible idea of how likely they will respond again.
I have noticed that a number of people have surprisingly low total post counts for the amount of time they have been here.
Yes, there is Rbtr, but also Yoshi1001 (who has been here over a year with only 68 posts because he mostly just contributes to the podcast discussions). There are a number of others as well.
