And here I thought I had posted some great stuff in Talkback recently. :'(
Guess I'm just staying in Talkback 2 from now on. At least the people here just tell me I'm terrible and to shut up to my face instead of secretly backstabbing me with a silent negative review.

Whenever someone complains about being smited, I instinctively smite them for caring about an insignificant, often abused, and mostly irrelevant rating system.

At least, I think they did. Pretty sure I was at 18 a few days before but now I'm at 16.
I do wish there was a way to know why. I was thinking of creating a thread about "Smite someone? State your reason why here." There may have even been a thread like that before or maybe I'm just confusing it with a couple where people talked about the karma system in general. Then I remembered a made this thread a few years back so I thought I'd bump it for this purpose.
I am curious why. Lord knows I do what I can for this forum. I come up with ideas to save it. I post a bunch. I've been trying to give the matchmaking forum some life and a viable option for the gamers here. I've been doing what I can to mend fences and make this place better for all which has led to BeautifulShy returning, GoldenPhoenix dropping in even if she's mainly stayed silent, hawtness for Stevey, Ian Sane actually posting POSITIVE things about Nintendo or gaming, other longtime users have popped in for quick hellos, UncleBob actually made his presence felt here again (sure, it was just to criticize some of my Khushrenada Week efforts and pull the old Ban Khushrenada level he loves so much but it's something), heck, even the Pietroits have started showing up on Discord as I work my magic on that second NWR Front. RABicle, Deguello and Bill Aurion are now coming back to chat with NWR crew. Yes, the Bill Aurion who's goodbye thread has continued to be marked by so many users as a big loss to the community is back. And still, I get smited. What more do you want? How much wizard power do you think I have? I can only kick so much butt! Now I need a name.
So, ......anyways, ......if you smite someone, feel free to talk about it here. I look forward to learning the criteria.

I've done it plenty of times, but usually it's just to make them have a funny number.
Of course, I can just set the value to whatever I want it to be, so it's somewhat moot.

Ah. I get that. The options both seem like they should be an applaud.
Guess we should change it up to Switch / Huawei to make it easier to understand.
