That's a little older pic, I've added quite a bit since then, tied up some cables too.

Holy **** Bob, I used to have one of those HPs (Celeron 667Mhz, Windows ME), please tell me you've moved on. The Wii makes me think that's still your computer. I should take a pic of the mess behind my TV - 5.1 surround wires going to 6 speakers, Xbox component/optical audio, Xbox 360 HDMI/optical audio, Brighthouse DVR HDMI/optical audio, Wii component video, optical from TV to receiver, PC DVI-I/RCA audio, 2 or 3 surge protectors. Getting rid of the PS2 and DVD player helped a bit, as did switching to HDMI/DVI for a lot of connections, but add in the power cables and it's a fucking mess back there.

I don't know that, but I'm pretty sure HP was using some type of proprietary daughter board for the front USB ports, headphone jack, power button, etc. I might be wrong, I had that PC (or one like it) probably 12 years ago. It's kind of small to see, but it looks like there's an XP logo and a Pentium 3 as well, which would already outclass it by the one I had by a landslide.

Actually, I had that computer up 'till less than a year ago.  It did have XP.  I used that computer for over 8 years... it was a good computer, for what I used it for.

The hard drive died on me, and it was kinda slow, and I could get a new one at Best Buy for 0% interest for 12 months... so I figured it was time to upgrade.

I remember I got mine for free I think, or maybe $250 back when they would trick you into buying MSN or AOL for 2 years (I chose MSN). Yours was definitely a newer model and better than mine, mine only had 1 5.25" bay, a 20GB HDD, and 128MB RAM, IIRC.
