To update, I sent an e-mail and eventually got a response where they checked and found that the store now had it in stock, but that was days later.
There happen to be a bunch of K-Marts around here though, so here's what happened.
K-Mart A was the original fail.
Picked up Mario the next morning at K-Mart B (which was in much better condition inside). Got my $15 credit and $5 credit for holiday lighting (wtf?).
Called K-Mart C about Skyward Sword. They said they had it, but then when I went, it turned out that they didn't get any of the bundle in and wouldn't until Tuesday (at least they knew when their shipments were!)
Tried K-Mart B the next day, but they didn't have it.
Went to K-Mart D today (Tuesday), and they did indeed have it. Used the $15 credit and got $20 credit and another $5 credit for holiday lighting.
Next up is Mario Kart 7.

I just called Kmart since i decided I would just take advantage of the GC with eh SYW membership, but they didn't have SS.

When I asked about SM3DL, he said no GC, just a buy SM3DL and get 50% any other 3DS game.
which would be great if I planned on buying another 3DS game at the moment.

is there a link to this GC that I can take in to them and maybe take advantage of both offers?

From what I understand, it's an ongoing policy that all new games have the credit if you buy them within the first week of launch. It just prints out the coupon with the receipt.

Yeah, you missed out on SML3D since it was last week. And I think that 50% any title is good for only small "selected" games.

Mario Kart 7 is suppose to have an gaming coupon as well but not sure the amount.

Another good deal for BF that many are missing is Gamestop actually has Rayman Origins for $29 for the WII. Cheapest place so far.

Rayman Origins is our gateway to BG&E2. so if you are even slightly interested, then please buy the game. (preferably before it hits bargain bins and most definitely NEW)

I am torn about which version to recommend. I would prefer people get the Wii version, but Ubisoft will give out a free copy of Beyond Good & Evil HD with those who buy the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 versions.

Word has it there is some sort of manager's special going down with Mario Kart 7 at EB games in New Zealand. A poster got put up early stating they were selling it for $58NZD ~ $43USD. There is a photo somewhere but I hav to find it if someone wants it.
