lol Luigi player isnt much of a team player. Spam much on the Panel De Pon blocks.

By any chance does anyone know if the "Speed Up" mechanism is only used in multiplayer? It makes sense that the screen auto-scrolls for multiplayer as it stops any player from running ahead and grieving all it's partners. I hope that single player doesn't do that though. :L


Also, is the ability to pop your own bubble new this game? I can't remember doing that in New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

Ability to pop your bubble is new and the "Speed Up" thing is only for the Boost Rush mode.

I feel like I'm losing all perspective on the Mario series. I can't even tell if this type of prescriptive Mario platformer is something I can even enjoy anymore, and that's coming from someone whose been playing Super Mario Bros 3 since he was 3.
 
Somehow, the Galaxy titles and 3D Land just seemed to speak to me in a way that these NSMB games don't.
