In a bit of interesting game specific sales news, Bravely Second: End Layer has sold over 700,000 units worldwide. That's more than I was expecting, since there was a big drop off in sales from Default to Second in Japan. Seems like the overseas numbers weren't as greatly affected.

Hopefully this means we'll get a proper third game in the series at some point!

Seems like Nintendo is making sure that there a lot of Switch units available in North America to go along with the release of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe tomorrow. Hopefully they managed to send out a big shipment in Japan too. I'm glad to hear that it's selling out in Japan and consistently in the 40,000-50,000 range every week, but I wanna see it put up some bigger numbers!

Almost all of the top 10 is Nintendo games. Way to go Wii U. You had 1 ~~job~~ game but you couldn't get it done. Just a couple hundred short.
