I was actually just going to buy this. I've got Street Fighter and was just finding my other game. I tried out another Ridge Racer game and it just wasnt good. :/  So I'm warming more up to this.

This is my launch title. (Which is pathetic BTW Nintendo). I play a lot of Super already, so I'll be glad to get my Fuerte on on 3DS

Messed up? How so?

Because 99% of people who know of Rockstar barely acknowledge that companies existence prior to GTA3. Would you know agree that you have at least a very uncommon point-of-view here? It was soo uncommon I was thrown off and called it messed up. I amazed someone even devised the opinion.

Besides, Bully alone rapes everything they did prior to GTAIII (other than Silicon Valley).

Some people like the Cube button layout, some people like short hair on girls.  I don't like either so the analogy works for me.

Anyway another example of shoulder button usage is in Super Mario Sunshine.  How far you press effects the water pressure and if you click the button Mario stands still and the stick lets you aim.  How lame is Mario Sunshine that everyone forgets such a crucial part of the gameplay?

Pff you had to drop that didn't you? Sunshine is not lame like forum troll. It is an extremely good game with excellent personality. Its just been raped by Galaxy.

I haven't really been too impressed with Rockstar since GTA2.

Wow dude, that is messed up.

Yeah I'm excited cause I play a fair bit of SSF4. But I really think this was a missed opportunity.

Capcom should have used this to launch another versus series. I mean, SF4 is already out in better for on consoles, all the hardcores are just gonna play that.

But I'm just mad cause I want Capcom vs. FUNimation.

Waiting a few months. Willing to pay that launch price, but I won't like it.

Just make the treasure chests that just have money in 'em look different. So then players can come back to them and not lose there cash.

Galaxy just swooped in and raped the entire platforming genre. I'd say Nintendo innovated there.

Workout machines often take your pulse just from a grip. Maybe that could work.

Am I the only one who notices this?  If you're coming in from outside in the winter you've got a coat on and they really should take that into consideration when setting the temperature for the store.  If the employees are too cold use a sweater as part of the uniform during this time of year.

I remember at Fred Meyer, unless you basically had a doctor's note, you couldn't wear a sweater.

The Control level was pretty easy in the Nintendo 64 Goldeneye once you figured out the right spot to stand. All you had to do was go up and stand in front of the stairway on the second floor, every guard comes through there so you just blast them as they come. All you have to do is make sure none get by you when you have to run for ammo.

If this version has no such trick, then it must be tough.

The AI is improved, they appear all around you as I have found.

I'm disappointed that the walls are so stupid still. You just bounce off of then and its a legit tactic to use the wall to help you get around corners if you screw up a turn. Just like in the other Gran Turismos. And also, I'd like there to be a little feedback, like sparks or something when you hit walls. It just seems like the sense of speed isn't there. But hey, maybe thats for realism.

The graphics are gorgeous, but the shadows are hiding for some reason. They are always jittering.

I find it hilarious that hurling myself into a group of racers and having them effectively carry me through a tough turn is consistently the quickest way for me to pull into first.

Yup. Seems like "realistic" is limited solely to how the car drives on various terrains. But realistic collision is out of the question.

OH MY GOD. **** THE PRICK WHO DESIGNED THE "DEFEND NATALYA" level. OH MY GOD. EAT MY **** you asshole. How are there no checkpoints in this? There are so many bad guys and half the time, even when they are shooting they don't appear on the radar. God its so bull ****. I'd take a point of the score just because this stupid level is even in the game.

EDIT: man seriously, I just rage quit so hard. Now I can't feel part of my thumb cause I god so pissed off at the controller 0_o

Gimmicks are dumb. Give me games instead. Seriously.

Plus, 99% of the time Nintendo can't make versatile, feature rich interfaces that we're used to on our computers.

It seems I like Experience 1, with max sensitivity and no ADS snap. I also seem to get much better aim using the Wii Zapper. So thats what I use now. Pretty surprising considering the controls don't lend themselves well to that. But I actually have gotten used to it.

Yeah the depth of field is completely intentional.

Is anyone having problems keeping their gun steady? I'm having TONS of problems with this. I look like a total moron if I do anything other than zoom in. My gun just doesn't stay straight. I've tried all experience levels and it hasn't improved. Its weird cause I don't recall having this problem on any other shooter, I thought it was cause I was noob, but that problem didn't go away after a while.

I'd rather sacrifice storytelling for keeping the Metroid series alive.

Thats definitely true. But I'd like to see Nintendo step farther into modern gaming with at least one of their primary series. Where we have story-telling and great game play.

Ever play split-second? The mechanic doesn't work, the driving physics are weird and the experience is meh.
