Yes, I know Lucariofan99 didn't unbold his vote for Crimm when he withdrew it to vote for Pokepal148. While I shouldn't count either vote, I counted it as a Pokepal vote this time since it affected nothing and I knew he had obviously wanted to change it to Pokepal by saying he withdrew the vote.
