It's pretty simple, just not as fun as I thought it would be.

Seeing everything going on behind the scenes at NWR has given me a very different perspective of the site than I had just 24 hours ago. I had no idea of the complexity of the operation, and have gained a lot of respect for the staff, especially the ones who aren't on the podcasts and don't do much on the forums, who work really hard in the background to make it all happen.

Oh, you're talking about the OTHER Staff forum. The one where we just hate everyone. You've got to put solid work as a staffer before you get invited to that mythical realm with teddy bears and strawberries. We just welcomed Andy into the Stonecutters the other day, actually.

No, we can't do that. The word "machine" flows into the second line of your title. We can't enter line breaks in titles, so it would read as follows.

But I don't really care what the first line of my title says as long as it's humorous to me.
