After seeing other deal posts on this and other websites, I thought it would be great if we had one for Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and GBA games. This is all I've got at this point from my own personal purchases:

TextKarnaaj Rally, $10 at EB and EBGames.com
Definitely worth the money. I saw the great reviews this got and was surprised at the price. But the name, and packaging, really stink. The game, however, is a lot of fun.

Jazz Jackrabbit at EBGames.com for $9.99
Madden 2003 at GameStop.com for $14.99
SSX Tricky at BestBuy.com for $9.99 (not sure it's worth it)

CircuityCity.com has free shipping on most (possibly all) games.
