Dokapon Kingdom the awesome Mario Party Killer

Game life's review 9.0
IGN's Review 8.0
Sure it may be a PS2 port except with the Wii version having widescreen and 480p and uses essentially none of the Wii's special features and the primary control scheme is the classic controller (but fear not you can use the Wii remote NES style or gamecube controllers) it doesn't mean that the game sucks, on the contrary the game is a fine example what a fun multiplayer game is.

It's like mario party because you get the familiar board game and spinners and positive or negative consequences depending on where you land. However you can pick different character classes each with the positives and negatives for balance, random monster battles, boss monsters or even player vs player battles.  So with that in mind there is more depth, some strategy. From both reviews available their main complaint is no online and it's a shame that the Wii version didn't have online.

An Atlus game?  Crap...That doesn't leave much time to think about whether I want or not...

That IGN review was absolutely amazing. Two pages long and it barely explained a damn thing about the actual game! That sort of thing takes pure skill!

This sounds pretty good, but I have nobody to play it with.  Nobody who'd like it, anyway.

There's no easy way to go back into everything we've already said about the game, so if you're curious more as to what Dokapon Kingdom is all about, you'll absolutely need to check out our latest hands-on with the game, as it goes into great detail about how the game plays, and what exactly it's all about.

This does seem like a pretty neat game. If it ever gets a PAL release (lol Atlus) I'll check it out.

Oh right, how silly of me to expect IGN to explain how a game plays or what it's even about in their review.
