That's pretty sweet, hope someone rips it & uploads it to the internets.

One thing I've never understood is if Nintendo goes through the trouble of making these CDs....why not just release them on itunes after a certain amount of time has passed?  I'd pay cash for this.

Totally agree - and digital versions wouldn't really devalue the physical copies (at least, not in my mind) for collectors of Club Nintendo goods.

Forget iTunes - release them through the eShop.  Download them to your NEW 3DS and sync it wirelessly to your PC.  Download it to your WiiU's SD slot and pop that into your PC.

Sure, iTunes would be easier - but Nintendo won't want to give Apple a cutof the pie.  This is a typical Nintendoesque back-assward way of doing things that it's crazy enough to work.

I imagine it costs Nintendo a lot more money to ship physical goods in NA than it does in Japan.

In other news, the site's working enough to where I'm finally able to log in and claim my platinum prize!

Maybe later.

Hey look on the bright side, since Nintendo refuses to release these CD's in America there's no guilt in just downloading them for free.  It's basically an official endorsement of piracy so just go ahead and take them since Nintendo clearly doesn't want you to pay for them.

...

Higher shipping costs are a valid discussion point, but when Nintendo offers other physical prizes (such as the 3DS card cases) it does make you wonder why no soundtrack CDs were available in North America.  Maybe market research suggests that people here just wouldn't order them?

I got Mario Party Island Tour since I owned every other title. To complain would seem peevish, wouldn't it?

Just got Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.

Although I had to rack my brain to remember whether I bought it or not.  Hopefully I didn't.

Today's deadline is only for the Platinum/Gold elite gift, right? We have until the end of June to spend coins and redeem codes?

Oh yeah - are there any Club Nintendo exclusive games, other than Ultra Hand?

Anyone with coins left over might want to look at prizes again - Nintendo has marked down the physical goods that are being offered.

I'm pretty disappointed by this turn of events - I could have gotten a lot more with my coins at the new rates.  Oh well.

Anyone got extra coins and are willing to help me get the Majora messenger bag? I'm willing to do a VC gift/eShop card trade or some other form of compensation. I would even be willing to try and score an extra amiibo of your choice when I go wait in line at Target and ToysRUs this Friday. Got a comprehensive game plan to get coverage at both (plus a visit afterwards to Best Buy to try and score a Meta Knight) so I could easily -hopefully- snag an extra.

I logged into the site a couple of days ago and saw only two physical rewards left. The messenger bag was not one of them.

That t-shirt was 700 coins originally, right?  I just ordered it on that premise alone.  (And also I really wanted it.)

Do you guys think anything else will drop in price before the deadline?  I might hold out.  (I'm also indecisive, so win-win.)

Have people been receiving their physical goods from Club Nintendo?

My last 3DS game card case came in the mail today. Have to admit that I'm a tiny bit disappointed. They stuck with the cover art showcasing all the different New 3DS covers. You know, the replaceable covers for a version of the system that never released in North America. Seems kind of silly. However, I do like the other two covers: one has a Zelda theme with Wind Waker/Twilight Princess artwork on the inside/outside respectively, and the other has a bunch of Mario Bros icons that look pretty decent.

Very happy overall though. That gives me a total of 4 Club Nintendo game card cases - easily enough to hold my current DS and 3DS collections, with room to keep growing for (I'd imagine) the life of the current system.

Anyway, that's the end of Club Nintendo for me! Despite a few shortcomings and frustrating moments, I still enjoyed that free digital downloads and exclusive physical goods received from the program, and will miss doing pointless surveys (ok, that last part is a lie).

Reposting this here from the PSA reminder talkback.
Don't forget, today is the last day of Club Nintendo, ever.

I took the trouble to copy/paste into a Word document my List of Products Registered from my Club Nintendo Account. You never know when it might come in handy. I have heard of folks using the Club Nintendo records when they lose their 3DS's and whatnot, to help convince Nintendo Service that they should be able to re-download all their stuff. I reccomend this to everyone.
I also copied my List Of Rewards obtained from Club Nintendo, just for fun. Might be handy for comparison purposes if and when Ninty ever gets around to announcing their replacement loyalty program.

Spent the rest of my stars on the consoles and hanafuda themes, now there's a 1/4 chance that when ever I open my 3ds it'll greet me with the Now Playing music.
