Mario Paintball World 0-0 Minus World
« on: May 23, 2009, 09:43:43 AM »
"So this is my home, Star World," The Star Sprite cheerfully her guests, "we don't get many visitors up here so please make yourself at home for awhile."

No one heard her as the teams ran for cover and started firing again.

The flags had been hastily picked up by either team in the mad dash for cover.  The battle raged on, with both teams seemingly evenly matched.  The toads just did not have the combat training as the Koopas and although they were outnumbered the Koopas fought with skill.

The fighting and yelling stirred up the Sprite Elders whom where quite upset.  They used magic to stop time, and tried to determine what was going on.

During the stasis the toad carrying the flags realized he was missing a flag, and in fact had a Bowser flag.  And over at the Koopas they realized they had a Mario flag.

Just then the Elders finished there meeting and decided to cast the entire lot into the minus world until they behaved as civilized guests.

DEAD:

Shyguy Bowser Flag
Gyllidas Mario Flag

This could be the last day of the game...I just want to play it out just in case.

This day will be open at least all of Saturday like a normal day.  After Saturday is over IF, IF everyone has voted I will close the day.  If not I will keep it open all of Sunday as well.

Vote Bowser as ONE UGLY MUG!

Might we have an advantage in that few people visit on the weekends?

Based on his voting pattern I would say the most likely Bowser teamer is...

Vote DrewMG!

Not yet.  Remember since its a weekend day, time ends once everyone voted, or Sunday 11pm.

So, we have some time.  Besides this could be the last day of Mafia.  So we mind as well keep it going.

Our other Mario teamer must be Pap64. But he probably isn't going to show up before time is over.

I wait, wonder, and wish that Pap64 shows up within the next hour and a half. If he comes and votes for DrewMG then team Mario will win, otherwise Stratos shall be the sole winner.

Looks like the strategy of non-participation truly is a winning one. I might have to try that next time...

This isn't looking good ThePerm. You were a great Mario team member, you really helped get our team together. We may have lost but you're definitely the Mario team MVP, and that's still something to be proud of.

Dasmos definitely helped us, but he had ulterior motives. He played a good game but he was going to take us out if the Bowser team didn't.

Time is up.

DrewMG:  Bowser Flag is dead.
MopitUp: Mario Flag is dead.

Team Mario has lost all its flags and is unable to compete.

Team Bowser has 1 flag left.

Thanks Mop for the correction even though it means your team lost.

I thought the winning conditions were when a team's flags were all "captured"? Team Bowser has a flag left but team Mario is just two gunners. So team Bowser wins.
