Castlevania HoD: erasing all data ; resetting the game pake

Somebody knows a code or a trick to erase all the saved data on a Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance game pak? I tried everything! Oh yeah, and I don't mean just erasing all the saved games! I want to completely reset the game (remove the Boss Rush mode and the sound test option, putting the original menu screen back on...)

That's about it!
