TalkBack / Re: Save me Mr Tako (Switch) Review

Thank you; you saved me from making a purchase I would regretted.  I love the aesthetic, the music, and the silly characters and dialogue though.

While I don't deny that there are certain graphical downgrades, I think overall it looks better.  It seems they went over all of the environments and really spruced them up.

Now we have 2 Luigi's Mansion games on 3ds.  I am curious if it is worth having them both, or are they redundant?  Is one better than the other?  How do they compare?

Using half of the controller by itself looks uncomfortable and not like something I would be willing to do.  It shouldn't be any issue though as I don't see it being required for anything I would play.

When I think of Switch as a home console I am not too impressed but if I think of it as an awesome portable that can easily output to the tv (the dock seems to be just to charge the unit and send the signal to the tv) and make use of accessories like regular controllers then I feel a lot better about it.  As much as I love my 3ds I couldn't play it without the grip attachment I bought for it.  This looks much more comfortable to play than any portable Nintendo has ever released.  So I see it as either an ok console or the best portable ever.

I'll buy one for the games, but I can't see myself using these features.  Gaming is not something I want to do constantly wherever I am.  For me gaming is done at home.  I don't want to game in the park, on a plane, in a taxi, or at an outdoor get-together.  But as someone who bought a 3ds just to play at home, I will still enjoy the system and presumably this will allow Nintendo to focus on building one great library of games instead of two, which should be a good thing.

So happy that they decided to localize this.  I'm picking it up along with SMT IV: Apocalypse.  I'll be in RPG heaven for a long time.

Thanks for the preview.  While I would rather they go back to the series roots, I have to admit that I'm still really looking forward to playing this next month.

Not much for me (already own the games I want from those lists) but awesome to see LEGO City Undercover available again at a good price. Despite some obscene load times, that's ended up being one of my favorite Wii U titles to date.

That's some high praise for Lego City.  For this price maybe I'll give it a try.

For that price, I'll pick up Wind Waker.  I have the digital copy that came with my system but I am worried about someday not being able to redownload it.

Testing, testing, first post.  I think this is cool but the more times this happens the more antsy I am about buying digital releases since I always prefer a physical copy.
