Title: Subscription Links fixed

If you've had any problem with subscription links being incorrect, the problem has now been resolved.  Thanks for bringing it to my attention, WindyMan.  

Subscriptions sent by both e-mail and Private Message should work properly now.  I highly recommend that if you want to subscribe to a thread, that you use the Forums Private Messaging, rather than e-mail, since you can generate a fair amount of e-mail traffic in highly-trafficked threads.
